  1. Choose your preferred project location and the type of unit.
  2. Request for a sample computation of the lot/unit through our accredited seller to get an idea on the financing.
  3. Fill up completely and sign the Reservation Agreement form and prepare 2 valid ID’s. Click here to download the Reservation Application.
  4. Fill up completely and sign the Buyer Information Sheet (BIS). Click here to download the Buyer Information Sheet.
  5. Pay the Reservation Fee (RF). If the RF is in cash, a Provisional Receipt (PR) will be issued by the cashier. If in check, no PR is issued. Official Receipt will be mailed to the buyer.

  1. Duly filled up Buyer Information Sheet (BIS).
  2. Two (2) valid Government issued ID
  3. Two (2) original copy of latest proof of billing
  4. Copy of Marriage Contract (if married)
  5. Copy of Death Certificate (if widow/widower)
  6. If represented by Attorney in fact, notarized SPA to buy
  7. TIN # or BIR Form 1904
  8. Post Dated Checks

 

Additional Requirements for Buyers Married to Foreigners

  1. Foreigner spouse must submit an original notarized “Waiver of Conjugal Rights”
  2. Copy of Passport with Signature

 

Additional Requirements for “Formerly Filipino Citizen” Buyers

  1. Duly notarized Affidavit of Declaration of Citizenship
  2. Duly notarized Sworn Statement (in compliance with Batas Pambansa Blg.185)

 

Additional Requirements for Buyers below 18 years old (Minor)

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Affidavit of Guardianship (Mother/Father)

  1. Duly filled up Buyer Information Sheet (BIS) of Signatory
  2. Dully filled up Buyer Information Sheet (BIS) of Company
